Toxic Chemical Encyclopedia

Conscious Choice is committed to producing USDA Certified Organic Compliant products that do not contain any toxic chemicals.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has no authority to access, monitor or regulate skincare products before they reach consumers. Unlike the food and drug industry, manufacturers of cosmetics and skincare products are allowed to use thousands of harmful synthetic chemicals which are easily absorbed by the skin – many of which are known carcinogens and are banned in other countries. The cumulative, long-term effects of these chemicals are still unknown. The USDA’s National Organic Program (NOP) prohibits the use of harmful toxins.
