Continental U.S.
Free shipping for all orders over $85.00
Orders must total $85.00 before taxes and after any and all discounts have been applied
A flat rate of $9.80 is applied to orders under $85.00

A flat rate of $7.80 is applied to orders under $40.00 
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless specified

Alaska and Hawaii
Free shipping for all orders over $110.00
Orders must total $110.00 before taxes and after any and all discounts have been applied
A flat rate of $17.80 is applied to orders under $110.00
All orders are shipped USPS unless specified.

Canada
Free shipping for all orders over $125.00
Orders must total $125.00 before taxes and after any and all discounts have been applied
A flat rate of $19.80 for orders under $125.00
All orders are shipped USPS unless specified.

International

Order Processing
Orders received by 2:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders received after 2:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the next day.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
To place an order online to multiple shipping addresses, you must place each order separately or you can place your order by phone 772-569-9499 Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00 EST.
Please note shipping requirements apply to each address individually.

Delivery Takes 2-4 Business Days
You should receive your order within 2-5 business days after leaving our shipping facility. However, certain conditions (weather, holiday, and other delays) may affect shipping times. Please note that business days do not include weekends and national holidays.

Packages that are sent via UPS need to have a physical street address for delivery. They cannot be addressed to a PO Box.
Note: If your shipping address is a PO Box, your package will be sent USPS and may take longer to arrive. 

Tracking
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Sales Tax
Applicable sale tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Florida.

Payment
Our credit card processor is PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary to make a purchase. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover or you may use your PayPal account. Please check your billing address and zip code carefully to be sure it matches the information listed on your credit or debit card account before submitting payment. A confirmation email will be sent following receipt of payment. Your billing statement and receipt may read Conscious Planet, LLC.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to hygienic concerns, Conscious Choice skincare products are not exchangeable or returnable. All sales are final.

Changes and Cancellations
We submit orders directly to our fulfillment center as soon as we receive them so that they can be processed and shipped as soon as possible. For this reason, once orders have been placed cancellations or changes cannot be made. Please check your order carefully before you submit it. If you have any questions about this policy, please call customer service.

Damages
Although we do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely, occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control your order may get damaged in transit. If your purchase does arrive damaged, please notify us by either email or by calling customer service within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
Some delivery companies like to inspect the damaged box and content, so please do not discard the packaging, shipping label or product label. Taking a photo of the damaged item(s) can be very helpful.
This will allow us to make a claim with the carrier and get a new replacement order on its way to you immediately.

Order Errors
Our order fulfillment partner has one of the highest order fulfillment accuracy ratings in the industry, but occasionally mistakes due to human error or circumstances beyond their control are made. In the regrettable event that a mistake has been made and the order you received is incorrect, please call customer service or email us within five days of receipt of your order so we can assist you and send a replacement order to you immediately. Please, do not open item(s) that need to be replaced.

To ensure the highest quality of our products and preserve the integrity of our ingredients, we make each and every product by hand in small batches. The quality of our products cannot be achieved with mass production methods. This combined with the rarity and harvesting season of some of our ingredients means that at certain times of the year products or fragrance collections may be out of stock. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Out of stock notification
On rare occasion, a product may show that it is in stock when you place the item in your cart and submit your order, although your order is received almost instantaneously, someone may be simultaneously ordering that same item. Thus, by the time we receive your order, the item is out of stock. If this should happen, we will notify you by email ASAP.

Out of stock but Excepting Reserve Orders
Due to the rarity and harvesting season of some of our rarest ingredients, Our Eternal Rose and Eternal Blossom fragrance collections and their products may not always be available; due to the rarity and harvesting season of some of our rarest ingredients. If you would like to place a reserve order and be notified when the item(s) are back in stock, just place your order like any other and we will notify you when the item(s) are available.

Any changes to this privacy policy, will be posted on this page. Any changes made apply only to the information collected after the date of the change.
