Potential harmful risks:
Misconceptions: Under the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act, the FDA does not require a company to tell “trade secrets.” These “trade secrets” may be fragrance and flavor formulas that are a synthetic chemical mixture that could contain many carcinogens and allergenic ingredients. This misleads the consumer to think that the product they are buying is not harmful.
